Bonnie and Phil Hamilton MSW Scholarship
- one or two awards totaling approximately $3,500 annually
- successful applicants plan to work for the good of Native Americans on the reservation after his/her formal schooling is completed
- scholarship renewable if student is making good academic progress as determined by the chair

Helen and Dan Kidder Scholarship (BSW/MSW)

Montana Child Welfare Training Program (MCWTP)
- multiple awards of $15,000 annually
- must complete a practicum with Child and Family Services Division
- must be willing to work for CFSD anywhere in Montana upon graduation for a time of two years for every year the scholarship is received (2:1)
- must have one year of experience with CFSD or be a MSW student entering the second year of practicum
- overall grade point average of 3.0
- strong commitment to working with vulnerable children and families
Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students (SDS)
- multiple annual awards (in 2008 50% of MSW students received amounts that range between $1,000 and $3,000)
- students become eligible by completing a FASFA form through UM’s Office of Financial Aid
- scholarships are distributed in the fall semester and amounts vary each year
Srock Family MSW Scholarship
- one or two awards totaling approximately $1,800 annually
- priority given to students who demonstrate financial need and who are pursuing their degree while raising a family
- scholarship advertised in spring for fall award (graduate students will receive application announcements during spring semester)
Sydney Davidson Maxwell Scholarship
- one or two awards totaling approximately $1,000 annually
