Tuition and Fees
Applicants who are accepted in the Professional Physical Therapy Program are required to pay a $300 deposit to secure their position in the class. This payment will be credited toward tuition upon enrollment. If a student withdraws his or her application by July 1, a refund will be made. After July 1, the entire fee is forfeited.

Additional fees are assessed for anatomy laboratory classes. Additional costs will include vaccinations, books, lab supplies, etc.

Financial Aid
If you intend to apply for financial aid, you should file your FAFSA form by February 15 of the year of application. Filing by this deadline will maximize your opportunities for financial aid. The University of Montana's school code is 002536; up to six schools may be included on one application. The initial notification letter will not include special consideration for physical therapy costs. These will be adjusted in the final award letter. Limited scholarships and awards are available from the School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science. You will be notified about these during your enrollment in the program. WICHE
Applicants from Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Wyoming may be eligible for WICHE funds from their state to attend The University of Montana's Professional Physical Therapy Program.
The deadline for application is typically before October 15 of the year preceding admission. You should contact your state office for more information. Access the WICHE website at www.wiche.edu and review the Professional Student Exchange Program with special attention to the student checklist and the certifying officers for your home state.
