Physical Therapy Clinics
We have two physical therapy clinics within the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science, each with its own specific Vision and Mission statement directed toward serving distinct patient populations.
UM Sports and Orthopedic Clinic primarily serves students, staff, and faculty with sports and orthopedic problems. New Directions Wellness Center primarily serves people with chronic disabilities and physical limitations. Both clinics are located on the first floor of the northern section of the Skaggs Building, adjacent to the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science in the Nora Staael Evert Physical Therapy Complex.
Staffed by expert clinicians, our clinics are integrated into the professional education of physical therapy students, continuing education of physical therapists, and in the clinical research efforts of faculty.
